AGM

The AGM is a good forum for shareholders to participate directly in decisions being made by Australian Wealth Management and to hear the arguments for and against these decisions.

During the AGM, shareholders are asked to vote on important issues and also have the opportunity to put questions to the board. For these reasons, we encourage all shareholders to attend the AGM.

If you cannot attend the AGM, you may vote by proxy on questions that are to be voted on at the meeting. Several weeks before the meeting you’ll receive a proxy form which allows you to submit your vote via the mail. You can also use the form to appoint someone to attend the meeting on your behalf.

  • When does Australian Wealth Management release financial results to the market?
The half year results for the period ended 31 December are released in February each year and the full year results for the period ended 30 June are released in September of each year.
