Migration

Migration from our heritage systems occurred throughout 2021, completing in December. If you have superannuation clients whose accounts were migrated, it is important that you remind them to update their USI with their employers. Find out more here.

The migration moved clients to a single, contemporary, platform technology solution, which is owned by us. The migration will ensure we have greater focus to deliver efficiencies that matter to you and your clients.

With your help, we have designed our operating model around servicing you and your clients. We understand it is critical to create efficiencies that are sustainable and provide us with the ability to innovate together.

The migration has occurred in two phases throughout 2021.
