General advice does not take into account your particular circumstances, such as your objectives, financial situation and needs.

If you have a specific financial issue, need or goal you would like help with, then this type of advice may be for you.
Single issue advice does take into account your personal situation but is focused on one particular issue or area such as super, investment, and insurance.
Who provides this type of advice?
If you do not already have a financial adviser, we have a team of licensed financial advisers that may be able to help you over the phone.
How much does single issue advice cost?
There’s no charge to initially discuss your situation with one of our advisers.
If single issue advice is appropriate for you, then your adviser will discuss with you the cost in providing you with this advice. Single-issue advice starts at $275. You won’t be charged without your prior agreement with our telephone adviser.
Please note, you will be advised in advance of any separate fees applicable on any products before proceeding.

An initial consultation with a financial adviser is generally at no cost to you with no obligation.
Because every financial plan and its level of complexity will be different according to an individual’s need and circumstances, fees can vary.
After an initial consultation, if you wish to proceed with a plan, your adviser will explain all up front and any ongoing fees and costs involved prior to your agreement to proceed.
