Annual benefit statements

Your annual benefit statements will be delivered to you by mail or email and will be available online from November 2020. The annual benefit statement is a snapshot of your super account as at 30 June 2020 and contains superannuation contribution data, transaction details, investment performance and insurance information.

Benefits of going online

As well as receiving your statement more quickly, going online has other benefits. You can review portfolio information, adjust, buy or sell investments, download statements, view transaction records and much more. If you wish to register for online access you simply need to have your account number handy.

Go to IOOF employer super online access and then select ‘Register for online access’.

Switch to online statements

During the last few years, the number of people who have switched to receiving online statements has steadily increased which is good for the environment and handy for you. If you want to switch to online statements please:

  1. Log on to
  2. Go to ‘Account details’.
  3. Select ‘Annual and exit statements’ under communications preferences.
